Player Insurance

By applying for membership of an AFL Britain affiliated club (as stated above) and submitting this registration form you are playing within an AFL Britain league under your own personal risk of injury. AFL Britain cannot be held responsible for any personal injury received during normal play in AFL Britain organised events and strongly recommend that the named individual either ensure their respective club has adequate insurance or take out a personal injury insurance policy. AFL Britain can advise on whom to contact for adequate cover if required.
