There are going to be plenty of times during a game where a kick or conventional hand pass is simply going to be smothered by your opponent and you need to get rid of the ball.  In this situation you do have an option - a bouncing hand pass.

The idea behind this type of pass is to hit the ball to a teammate via a bounce or two, which should help you to move the ball out of trouble especially in congested areas.

Similar to a regular hand pass, by making a simple change to how you hold the ball you will gain far greater accuracy and distance.

You're standing on the touchline, almost in line with the goal posts and need to kick a goal - now is the time to pull the banana kick out of the bag!  This kick is not used often, but can be a great way to use the element of surprise and make a kick when you really have no right to and should it work is something you can talk about for many seasons to come.

Able to send the ball vast distances, the torpedo punt is one of the more difficult kicks but a great one to have in your arsenal.  Use it to move the ball quickly from defence to attack and watch your opponents taken out of the game!
